Payment Terms

For projects with a total fee less than AUD $2,000, full payment is required upfront before any work can commence. For projects with a total fee above AUD $2,000, a 50% deposit is required before work begins on your website. The remaining balance will be due upon completion and your approval of the final design. The 50% deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to new projects. Once full payment is received, the design files and website assets will be transferred to you. All payments should be made according to the details provided on your invoice.

Revisions

Peninsula Design Co is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the website design and development within the agreed project scope. Requests outside the original scope or involving substantial design or functionality changes may incur additional fees and require a separate agreement.

Once the project is completed and approved, any further changes or new requests will be considered outside the original agreement and may be subject to additional fees.

Delays

If delays occur due to circumstances beyond Peninsula Design Co’s control such as illness, technical failure, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events you will be promptly notified. A revised delivery schedule will be provided, allowing you to either extend the deadline or terminate the agreement. Depending on the project stage, a partial refund may be considered.

Termination

If you terminate the agreement for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited. Peninsula Design Co retains all rights to the design work created. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if necessary information or payments are not provided on time. Upon termination, Peninsula Design Co owns all design versions and retains the right to complete, showcase, or sell the work.

Refunds

• Digital Products: All sales of digital products are final. Once delivered, no refunds will be issued.

• Custom Website Design Services: Custom website design services are non-refundable once work has started, including all stages from concept to final delivery. No refunds will be given once the website is live.

Intellectual Property

All designs, drafts, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Peninsula Design Co until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership rights of the final design transfer to you. Peninsula Design Co reserves the right to showcase the completed project in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Privacy

Peninsula Design Co respects your privacy and protects your personal information. Data is collected and used solely to provide services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Security measures are in place to safeguard your information. By using our services, you agree to this privacy policy.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and information to complete the project. Delays in providing these may delay the project. You must also review and approve work promptly to keep the project on schedule.

Clear, timely communication is essential. Peninsula Design Co will communicate regularly via email and scheduled calls to update progress and address questions or concerns.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
